Established in 2004, our company provides accounting, tax and audit services to small businesses, private individuals and nonprofits. The founder and principal, Blair C. Diaz, is a certified public accountant with more than fifteen years of public accounting experience in a wide range of business and nonprofit sectors. Her career as an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand, LLP and later as a manager for seven years with a local firm gave her experience with a variety of large, mid-sized and small companies on a national, regional and local community basis. While the primary focus of our company is on audit and review engagements for businesses and nonprofits, our seasoned staff also provides other accounting services including bookkeeping, payroll, compilations, Quickbooks® consulting, tax planning and tax preparation. Our goal is to improve our clients? financial reporting processes to provide accurate and informative financial reports to improve decision making.

Blair C. Diaz, CPA

Blair Diaz earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Georgia in 1993 and subsequently passed the CPA exam in one sitting. Through her work as an auditor and accountant with Coopers & Lybrand LLP and a regional accounting firm, Blair has developed considerable expertise with the financial activities of a wide variety of commercial and nonprofit organizations. In her private practice she focuses on small businesses and nonprofits. With an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness, Blair follows the highest professional and ethical standards. She provides her clients with practical options that address what needs to be done to help them grow and prosper.


Blair is a professional member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA).  She serves on the board of directors of several community nonprofits including the North Georgia Community Foundation where she recently served as the board chair. She is a frequent speaker for community groups and periodically contributes articles on nonprofit finances and management. She recognizes the importance of financial statements and IRS Form 990 for her nonprofit clients and helps them effectively present themselves to donors and funders.


Kellie Corbin

Kellie Corbin earned her Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Brewton Parker College in Mount Vernon, Georgia in 1999. She began her career as a staff accountant in 2000 preparing monthly financial reports, payroll tax returns and sales tax reports. Over the last ten years Kellie has expanded her accounting skills to include audit sampling and verification. She also prepares tax returns for individuals as well as commercial, governmental and nonprofit clients. Kellie spends a portion of her time at client offices reconciling bank accounts, making journal entries, preparing monthly financials and quarterly payroll tax reports for clients who use their own accounting software such as QuickBooks.

Kellie is working toward achieving her certification as a public accountant. She has served as an officer and board member of the Ohoopee Regional Council of the Arts.
